The church is led by Martin Day, Rob Bathurst and Jo Mackinnon. Together as a team they are responsible for the spiritual direction and day to day running of the church.

There is also a Management team made up of Jon Rashbrook, Alan Rashbrook, Ken Mackinnon and Phil Brooks who are responsible for overseeing the practical and financial elements of BCC.
